I am really disappointed with the service of yulu rental services . I use their dex and have faced multiple issues. I have called them out on X by tagging company ceo and company account. They have increased thier plan without informing increased security deposit without informing. Most people and I also use dex for food dilevery and I don’t think it’s fare for any individual. Yulu customer Services never solved my issues . Once I have been fined for going out of my miracle usage zone but according to their own app I haven’t crossed that line and I have even sent them screenshot but got wage reply and have faced multiple times vehicle issues such as turning off suddenly got defective vehicles and I have never been compensated for that. Twice I had to walk 15km.at mid-night to reach home just because their employee installed me an defective battery and recently for no reason they started fining even I park in their own infrastructure I.e Yulu zone / miracle zone by giving reason that I had to park it to their center. I have all the chats with their customer care executive, where their employee made me wait on chat for 45 mins just to provide resolution.
I have been ignoring alot but I am seriously disturbed by this company service and negligence towards their customer.
No response on X ,wage replies on chat and pathetic service only running for profit.
