I ordered clothes online from a youtuber (Madhavi Collections 00). Paid 3250 INR. It has been 2 months ..she neither delivered the ordered items nor refunding amount …Everytime, she gives different reasons like 1) couriered already 2) stuck at courier office because no address 3) will check with office boy and confirm by tomorrow 4) health issue ..give more time etc., etc., ….From last 10 days, she stopped responding to messages and declining calls. She responds others who enquires for stock availability to order…My worry is, she must be cheating many people like this…How to get refund from this youtuber and ensure she is not cheating others?
