Text of Complaint by Sidhant Purohit:

The wifi setup is so bad that even after a advisor coming and looking at it the wifi seems to behave as it was and the previous related issues are unsolved..i have no clue but whenever I have some important work to be done your WiFi goes off and this happens everyday whenever I have something to work upon

I don’t know whether you guys wanna ruin your customer base…because spending money it is a waste and I have left with only one option to remove it because everytime when I join any meeting or do any important work the wifi goes off all the lights in the router box goes off except the power  light

In my office hours half of the time I just have to sit idle and wait for it to come back

If your customer base and network is so strong as you claim why is it that there are complaints being raised for it

If you can’t even give customer satisfaction then I am just wasting my time spending on your product

And if it would have happened with me once I would have agreed but the same thing happens everyday

I am sitting like an idiot just waiting for the Internet to come back online

I would recommend all the users if you can read my message please do not take airtel wifi because its really a waste of your time.

The problem occurs everyday and it wastes my 4-5 hours on a daily basis

Seriously I just am wasting my time still because the Internet is down

You guys gave me no other option but to remove your WiFi setup

Very worst WiFi network to be honest with you all

I would recommend my society to remove the airtel wifi system from our society since there is no use for it

People expect a good network and a continuous flow of network while doing wfh

Its better to opt for a different setup of WiFi

Because calling the airtel guy again and again but he doesn’t answer

If you say you are the best network then you should be at least loyal to it

Waste of my money and waste of my five hours due to your worst WiFi network

Recommend everyone to not opt for airtel wifi as its really waste of your five hours and waste of money

Spending so much money and getting nothing

Seriously wasting my five hours of productive time everyday because of this worst Internet connection
