Your technician is not experienced. He did not set my Samsung LED plug and the setup box plug properly and it caught fire in front of it and burned the plug of my Samsung LD and the set box. I am not happy with this service, I have a lot of trouble, I want replacement of these two, otherwise I will be complaining your National Service Head to TRAI, change me both these plugs and compensate for my loss.
