Text of Complaint by Dr Madhumita Ghosh:

The DTH – Tatasky dey top box is intermittently getting disconnected since 3 days after the stormy weather on 3rd June ‘20 with the recorded complaint -Your Tatasky box is not responding due to poor weather , as soon the weather clears it will get connected ‘ .

But the weather in Mumbai is clear since yesterday and today it was sunny & bright ! Now the screen has blacked out . Please do something ASAP.

FYI: Tatasky mumbai , no does not reply . They never pick up calls & what’s app also is unanswered! It is not the excuse of lockdown but a constant lingering issue with the consumers .

The cust Care numbers are not replied no matter how serious the problem could be .

When they have to advertise about product / check with bills not paid / hike the price , they immediately call / attend to customers!

Every other company are handling a no of customers not just Tatasky . So the excuse that they cannot reply every call is just an excuse. That means management is only interested in money minting & not to answer public grievance – sorry to know that .

During installation a herd of staff will pounce in to the required place but not meant for customer care!

If this is your inability then why not accept your failure rather than give excuses.

If you want business then accept & improvise your services asap .
