Text of Complaint by Mohamed Satham Hussain A:

I have tried to get the duplicate SIM on 13.12.2021 from your Airtel store in the thiruppur,town hall store.

On the day the staff named SUDHARANI collected my proof and gived me the new sim card and tells that the sim will be activated in four hours then I’ll leave from the store.

I’ll be waiting for a day the SIM is not get activated then the next day dated 14.12.2021 I again went to the store the same staff SUDHARANI told me to wait until 24 hours it will take some time then again I said OK and leave form store..

Then 24 hours completed the SIM is not get activated.

And the next day is also I went to the store dated 15.12.2021 this time I asked another staff why the SIM is not activated .then the staff told me that the sim is not in your proof it’s on your fathers name and the other staff asked me that how your get the SIM it’s not in your name.

What is that how can be it happens???

The staff must tell me that on the first day that the sim is not in my name…

How the staff give me the SIM??

And how she told that the is getting activating…

I have no idea about the staff SUDHARANI’s knowledge about the your companys procedure and training…

It well known that your not training your staff well about the procedures.

Kindly take the issue as series..

Please look on to it to avoid other customers not face this type of problems…
