Hi,
It has been 6 days now since i am trying to return this product which is not compatible with my TV. I am not able to do the same. I have requested for a refund of the same.
Its been almost 15 hours now since i got a call yesterday on the this Issue. Anju called me saying she is handling my issue and that she will cancel the replacement and arrange for a refund, but however since she was facing some technical issues her system was not allowing her to update my refund request and told me that she will call me back within 24 hours to give me an update.
I am sorry i can’t wait anylonger with the product sitting in my house without being picked up.
I would request that it is picked up asap and also my refund request be made.
Would also request Anju to give me call or email on the update for the same.
Hope my issue will get solved by today and flipkart doesn’t make me run in circles again.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been trying for the last 4 days now to return the below product and get a refund, as this product and model is not compatible with my TV, as I have Panasonic 4K Android Smart TV which has only a Digital Audio output options.
This soundbar doesn’t have the same. It only has a Aux, USB and Bluetooth. They Aux option doesn’t work on my TV and the Bluetooth doesn’t connect with my TV Bluetooth, as the bluetooth on my TV is advance.
So we getting a replacement of,the same product sent to me doesn’t make any sense.
I have spoke to 6 different Customer service executive who doesn’t seem to understand my problem and keeps requesting for a Replacement.
Let me make it clear, I DON’T WANT A REPLACEMENT OF THIS MODEL AND PRODUCT. AS IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY TV. I WANT A REFUND OF MY MONEY.
I hope i am making myself clear this time. Request you please close this issue and arrange for a refund to be sent to me.
