My sister has not taken any loan and has never installed the Kredit Coin app but still she is receiving messages on WhatsApp from the number you can see in the image below.
Content of the messages is as follows:
Important Notice ❗ *[KreditCoin]*Dear user, we regret to inform you that your loan on *[KreditCoin]* is overdue. Despite our best efforts to contact you and request payment, your loan has not been repaid. If you don’t pay, it will be considered a *serious* violation and we will take legal action against you. Worst of all, you will be identified as a willful defaulter, will be convicted of wilfully defrauding a loan, and criminal proceedings can be instituted under Sections 403 and 415 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). Your case will be heard in public, and your family, friends, colleagues and leaders will be contacted for audit and hearing. So please consider this text message as our last chance to remind you.
