Hello Sir/Ma’am, My name is Ashish Choudhary I booked flight tickets from Travo look (21st June 2021). After booking the flight, money was deducted from my account and I received a mail that your booking will be Booking Cancelled
Reference No. : REF761278979
in 10 to 20 minutes, I got a call from Trav look and says, a flight rate increase can you proceed I told them no. so the customer executer told me your amount will be credited within 7 days, I call lots of time but executer told me we need to more 15 days, continually is happened when I call over there. Right now it’s approx more than 2 months but my amount has not been credited
Please find the attachment of the document I have attached. and I want my money back within 24 hours.
