I booked ticket from www.varafi.com but my booking aborted with varafi.com:VID0034121795 now my money was not refunded. When I called varafi customer care for money refund they said your money has been refunded. But my money has not yet been refunded in my account and I asked for a refund statement, but they refused to give. please help me.
