Last 10 days back one speed post come to home..in one scratch card also in there .and I take scratch card they given in 2end prize 11.50 laksh you have to win.so you have to pay first 1 %(11.500) and they after 15 minute your prize amount credit your account.. But after 3%pay (38.500) to release your amount to your account ..they call to daily and give torture to pay amount ..other wise to complaint against to you they told ..
