It has been almost 5 days now and i am not able to use the internet services. It stopped working on 25th May 2019 for unknown reason and till now i am not able to use it. In past i have faced this kind of issue on multiple occasions.
During this period i have been calling the technicians almost everyday. Also spoke to one manager, as he calls himself, his name is Tharanath BK and his number is 9880234499. He has been telling me that he is going to fix the issue in another one hour. However, his one hour is not yet complete almost after 5 days.
This guy ” Tharanath BK ” whose number i have already mentioned above has stopped answering my calls since today afternoon.
I have been continuously facing this internet issue at my premises and when i raised few tickets with the customer-care to compensate for my loss, to my shock nothing happened and i was not compensated at all for the losses.
I hereby, want to formally place a consumer complain regarding you broadband to compensated me for all the losses I incurred because of them and also compensate me for the trouble and loss of work i had to suffer due to their internet not working situation.
