I bought a yoga mat online from Upyoga on 16 September 2021. Shiprocket sent me a mail that the mat is to be delivered. But it did not reach me or the delivery agent did not call me. I received a call from Upyoga twice to reschedule the delivery. But still it did not reach me.
I have sent about 8 emails and messages asking for a refund if they are not delivering my yoga mat. But no response from their side. I wish to lodge a legal complaint against Upyoga for my refund.
