On 7th january, 2020. I have subscribed to alt Balaji subscription play. and I paid Rs 255 for the subscription (12months after use promotional code).But it still shows unsubscribed.I have written a mail twice to the support but still there was no reply.
I went to play store to give a review about the same but there I have seen many people facing the same issue.
Its just a scam and there should be severe action taken against this.
Its not a matter of one person losing the money there are 200s who are facing the same issue and the customer support is poor and worst.Not going to trust this again.Its the worst site with worst customer support.
