Almost for the past 2 years we are struggling in getting the share amount from kfintech since the Yes bank shares are hold by them after Karvy scam. Tired of sending mails and of all the time getting the same response even after providing all required documents.

The mail is to address my issue related to transferring dividend of YES bank share amount worth – 4990 INR for the year 2018-2019 dated 13th June 2019. Multiple email has been sent and of all the time the response has come as no attachment found. But the below screenshot clearly shows that it has been attached properly.
This time as well I am attaching all the required documents FYR. While maintaining the shares, I have used KVB account which is no longer in active state. This information has been communicated in previous mail. Also,I have sent all the required documents via speed post but the required action has not been taken from your end (attached the speed post copy in this mail).

contact your Depository Participant for updation of your bank mandate.Hence upon the updation of the bank mandate in your dp only we can able to do the needful. Pendingdividend warrants will be released only after the updation of the bank mandate and provide the copy of Client Master List to enable us process the dividend request.

Hi Vaishnavi and Team,
                                      I am really wondering that after providing all necessary documents again I am getting the same response. Really I am super confused whether you people really reading the mail or not. If you are really not in a position to help then please provide your immediate reporting manager email contacts so that I can demand my need. This is not the first time but almost getting the same template of response for the past three years. Again I am attaching all the required documents for your reference. Atleast this time I request you do the needful.
Note:
For my case the Depository Participant is Karvy which is no longer available.To my knowledge Yes bank dividend are currently undertaking care by kfintech. Hope everyone knows the same.
