I am using YES Bank credit card from nearby 5 Years, also i am supposed to be prime customer of YES Bank. Also I have market share of yes bank from nearby 4 years.
I have supported YES bank by all way as a Customer.
But, YES bank might not udenrstand the value of customer.
The Schene was that, YES bank didnt intimate me about my balance due of credit card by a message, mail , call or any other way and they diretly charge me nearby 5000 INR extra on above my balance amount 2000 INR. I has to pay total 6000 INR. It means that, yes bank charge me nearby 200% extra on my balance due. I m fully unaware about my balance due and it was possible due to transcation fail only. YES bank supposed to intimate us about balance due.
i raised complaint officially by call but didnt get solution till yet.
