The dealer has got the yellow board sent instead of Whiteboard and after raising Grievances no response. When called by phone, the asked me to send an email. After sending email also no response. I am planning to file a consumer court case for this.

Same issue happened for me also, I had book for HSRP for my OMNI Van, when we took our vehicle for HSRP plate installation there we came to know that yellow board had been arrived to dealer shop. they told us to contact local RTO office regarding the issue, enquired with RTO contact number and mail also but no response, even tried with vendor website and contact number too but they are useless no response for mail and getting switch off with the number they had provided for contact. we had lost money and no response for the correction too. my question is what is the condition of the people with less knowledge with this should we waste or time and money for the things not getting happen. why cant government arrange a suitable vendor for these type issues.
