I have booked 2 tickets from chennai to trivandrum on sep 22nd 2023 for me and my father. We started our journey from koyambedu. PNR number YBMD447317, Bus number TN 05 CL 1720, Driver number 7845721720. We already informed the staff in the bus that we have to get down at vellayani junction (14 kms before Thampanoor ) and that peoples agreed also. When the bus reached vellayani junction at around 6 in the morning. We taken our bagages and asked driver to stop at junction, the co-driver ybm staff also asked him to stop the bus but the driver didn’t. He shouted against my father using bad words and he named my father as “erumma maddu” its a tamil word and i dont understand the meaning and he stoped the bus at thampanoor, around 14 kms from our stop. We ran and catch another cab and rush back to our home @ vellayani. Actually we have to attend a very important meating in Trivandrum @ morning 9 am thats why we travelled from chennai to trivandrum but came back to vellayani in a cab and we fresh up and get ready and grab another cab the again we rush to the meeting place in the city center but unfortunately we are late for the meating and its spoiled. Only because of the arrogant attitude of the bus driver.
