The complaint is regarding my PNR : I7BC5Z (Parent PNR : CD782U)
Yatra Booking Ref No : 170203672629
The fight was cancelled by the airlines and they have already processed the refund amount to Yatra around 3 months back.
Since then I have been waiting for the refund. Raised numerous complaints on their email but still they haven’t processed it. Every time they say that they have initiated the refund but I never get it.
Have also shared all sort of account details / NEFT details literally everything.
This is absolute customer harassment from Yatra.com.
