Hello,
We booked tickets from Yatra.com in Feb-2020 using some gift vouchers and credit card. Due to lockdown our flights were cancelled and we got information that our money is safe in Credit shell. So we tried to book tickets on 1st October.
We thought this should be smooth booking experience using credit shell. But the turnout to be nightmare, and we are not able to book tickets till now.
Yatra don’t have any telephone support now and even after filing multiple complain I am unable to get my money or information back. We booked flight around 40K and the amount they refunded is around 6K.
