- I made online booking for Vrinda Anandam resort at vrindavan for 2 nights from Yatra.com. from 25 Sept to 27 Sept 2020. But on 24 Sept when I checked with the hotel on the phone regarding the check-in time , hotel official confirmed that the hotel is not operational due to covid situation. So I informed the customer care of yatra about the issue and till now I didn’t get any refund for my booking.
