Hi,
I have made booking with Yatra with Booking Ref No. 3005220056476 for 4 passengers on May30th. I have cancelled booking with for 1 person out of 4 persons with 24 hours. Airline already refunded the amount 10462 to yatra.com but still I am following up with yatra from last 10 days every time Yatra executive says due to technical issue, we can not initiate refund at this movement. Please wait for 7-10 working days. I never even seen this kind of behavior from any of flight booking portal. Worst experience with YATRA.com never even book from this flight portal.
Yarta team please refund my amount soon so I can buy diaper for my child.
