We booked Indigo domestic flight from Yatra.com which got cancelled from airline itself hence we are eligible for refund. We got mail and credit note from Indigo that they have already refunded our amount to Yatra.com. We raise refund request to Yatra.com mail id giving all details.
Firstly they told us that refund is processed. But we were not able to see that hence we followed up again and again on which they said give your bank details to initiate NEFT transfer. We provided that details as well but no refund, and now they just will provide update in 24 hours for each and every mail.
