I booked an airticket from delhi to lko from yatra.com . The flight got cancelled from airline and thus I was entitled for entire refund. However yatra.com didn’t process my refund and when I wrote an email they deducted some amount claiming that convenience fees is non refundable .
Well if the airline itself has cancelled the flight then how can they charge any amount in name of non refundable convenience fees. Attaching their email as reference
