Hi I am Pallavi Gupta,
I have made bookings through yatra.com on 31st August and 17th August. On confirmation with the bank I got to know Money was received by yatra.com but they didn’t book the tickets.
I raised complaints 23 times regarding the refund all they told me “we cannot provide you transaction numbers of you refund but we have shared ARN no.”
They asked me for my E statements but yhey never responded.
Yatra.com is fraud ! They promise you that money will be refunded but they will not do anything other than giving numbers!
