My refund was initiated 50 days back with reference number 240205126310 and i was supposed to get INR 3948 and I waited 50 days for this and didn t get the refund.. Again I complained and now they have initited INR 1752 which is almost half of the amount . Now i got an update from yatra saying that Air asia flights didnt pay yatra thats why only indigo airlines amount was refunded These 2 were the flights i booked . I was supposed to travel on the air asia flight on April 10 th and this lady customer care from yatra told me she will cancel the booking and full amount will be refunded and this conversation happened on April 7th which was 3 days before the travel . Why are you guys cheating customers like this
I need to get answers for 2 questions
1 When wil i get the full amount back
2 Yatra told me that amount will be credited to my bank and now they have transferred it to my Yatra Ecash Why so why you guys change ur word

This is with reference to your email regarding the refund under the reference number 240205126310.
We would like to inform you that we have processed the refund of ticket which was booked against the INDIGO ticket. The credit is still not received against the Air Asia ticket.
As per the airline circular, they are currently offering free rescheduling options to their customers to reuse the booking amount for future travel. We have not received the refund from the airlines against this booking.
