Yash Retail and Services pvt Ltd based in Haryana non working remotes twice. I had asked them to send the remote as per the old remotes model number. They did not bother to check the message. They sent damaged batteries. I even changed the batteries and checked if the remotes worked but it still did not work. When contacted them, they did not show the responsibility and was playing by sharing different persons contact numbers wasting my time. And no refund was issued to me
