Text of Complaint by Nitin Adhangale:

Since March 21 only false hopes and fiber not started, Set up half done and nobody is taking responsibility. Ravish project head marketing head informed me all approvals received, local executive Kamlesh Singh giving only false hopes and no progress of starting the line. This is really annoying and disappointing after 1000 follow ups since Mar 2021. Do you guys really take 6months to set up fiber after receiving all approvals.? No support from Airtel team it is only me who is following up
Because I being the Airtel postpaid customer since ages. Really disappointed with the support and no service.
