Text of Complaint by Hakim Mohammad Iisa:

Our Airtel xtream fiber stopped working on 22nd February 2022. We requested support on 26th February 2022 and there has been no response ever since. We are being told every day that the issue with be resolved the next day but it has already been 15 days. The service number is 10021616711. We are requesting that the issue be resolved as soon as possible because our daily lives are hugely suffering due to the unavailability of internet.
