Text of Complaint by Shubham Shailendra Wasadikar:

I registered complaint regarding my Wifi connection (Airtel Xtream Fibre) on 28th of July…. I got sms from airtel that its resolution time upto 29th July 3.30 PM. No one even contacted me Or Visited to my place upto 4.00 PM on 29th July. So again I connect with customer care.. So he told me to take that technician on conference.. So after that That technician told that the issue will get resolved by today. (On 29th July 2022)..After that call No one from airtel reach out to me… And on same day late night I got SMS from Airtel that your issue is been resolved… It’s a feedback SMS…. So this is how your technicians are working.. They are just getting complaints and closing it without even contacting the customer… That technician not receiving the calls.. Now today (30th July 2022) I called to customer care and reopen my complaint and they give me the resolution time upto 3.50 PM… But now the time is 3.15PM still no one contacted to me from airtel team… Please take action on that Technician… And please arrange another team to resolve my issue… Today also that Technician not receiving my calls.. That technicians are making fool to you as well.. And you are sending us the SMS that issue resolved..please take action against him…My address is- Parmeshwari Appt. Swapna Nagari, Garkheda Parisar Aurangabad. 431001. Please take Strict action on this issue… I got very bad experience from Airtel and it’s not expected from Airtel
