We had taken Xstream fiber wifi connection and subscribed and paid 3 months advance and in plan it was mentioned of set up box of 1500 will be installed and i paid for it
order id 66170703 was given and customer id 3037553147
i got message it will be installed on 17.12 and its not yet installed inspite of repeated calls to customer care and call tp the salesperson Prasad Sanas
The location is Marvel Ideal Spacio Undri
This is very wrong way of sales to customer.
