My xtra account is temporarily disabled last March 2023 but not solved my problem and not reply my mail.
I already explained my issue many time in mail xtra@mobikwik.com
My issue:- I adding 1000₹ in Xtra investment account by UPI but my payment is debite but not credit in Xtra
investment account.
So I raise chargeback against UPI transaction of 1000₹ .
After some time I received chargeback and this amount is also cridit in Xtra investment account.
So my Xtra account is temporarily disabled.
