We paid 8.24 lacs to XRBIA in the year 2016 when they announced their BALEWADI Pune project. Right after a year, they came back saying that the project will be delayed as RERA is not assigned but they will launch soon. After 5 long waiting years, we launched our withdrawal request and it has been close to 1 year the team has not refunded the funds to us. Everytime we place a call, we get a response that management is working on the refund and will get back but there is no action.
