Shipment is lost from the pickup hub, they accepted that the shipment is lost from the hub. THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING THE ORDER CHARGES WORTH RS. 849 AND FREIGHT CHARGES. They are not replying to my tickets. Their customer service is extremely poor, they do not have words to speak over call, they go silent as they wait for the customer to cut call from their side.
