I purchased a Western Digital SDD on July 25th. I paid Rs 3499/- online.Their representative called me and said the the price of this product is increased and asked me to make 800 Rs more. I said, I would like to cancel the order and get back my refund. He mentioned that he would initiate the refund. Till date, I have been following up with them on their customer care number, raised ticket after ticket and not getting any response. The customer care number 9088882227 does not pick up , if they pick up no way helpfull, asks me to raise a ticket in their website. Sofar I have raised two tickets and sent few mails .
This company seems to be dubious. and If there is no reply comes from them, I am proceeding to file a case against them
