Text of Complaint by Nadeem Shaikh:

I had buy a new Xiaomi TV from Xiaomi Shop in Seawood Nexus Mall. They aligned an engineer for the installation and engineer had installed the TV. That point of time My sister and his husband at home and when I check I found TV side frames are defective. Immediately I called that engineer again and I shown him all the details about defect. He click some pictures and he escalate the issue to Xiaomi and he told us the company guy will come in next 2 days and he will replace the TV. Since that point of time till now we are just keep following up for the same. We had a word with Service Center Senior Mr. Ritesh Singh and he was making a false stories of defect. Me and my sister was continuously following up for the same but they are not ready to replace the TV. we connect with customer service of Xiaomi but we did not received any positive response from them and now service center person and the engineer are making false stoires and asking me to repair the TV. I clearly denied for repair and I am looking for replacement.

There are many more which I cannot type but I need to file legal case against Xiaomi and that all service team and there supervisor.
