Today morning I received SMS from Flipkart by saying that my mobile order has been cancelled..
I would like to ask some queries, hope I will get positive feedback from Flipkart..
1) Why order has been cancelled once complaint registered by customer.
2) Without solving the customer issues directly cancelling order showing
– Your customer Priority/negligeny ??
– Intensely your doing & taking amount from customer ??
(taking amount from customers for weeks & again refunding amount)
– I called customer support team nobody giving answer & they connecting phone call to seniors & finally everybody asking only excuse..
Complaint raised last one month before around 15times reminder mail sent but still issue not solved..
