I purchased a Xiaomi led tv 50 inch on 3 sept 2022.on 27 Jan 2023 i get a display issue in my tv .I called customer care and on 28 Jan technician visited and told me to get repaired in 10 working days as this was only 5 month old tv I told them to replace but they denied and told me to get repaired it as soon as possible.today it’s 24 Feb but my issue not solved yet.I didn’t get any kind of call regarding my issue from service centre .it’s been more than 25 days they harassed me a lot like everytime I called them they put me on hold and after 30-35 min call they always told me to keep patience and wait for my led tv repaired.i requested to the authority of consumer court to get rid me from this useless tv brand and get my full refund of this led tv as soon as possible with compensation as they harassed me so much in these 25 days.
