I purchased MI Band 6 from Amazon in April 2023. The band stopped working in Feb 2024.
I went to the authorised MI service center on 13th March 2024, shared the issue, the service center mentioned that the device has stopped working and they don’t have replacement of the exact same device.
I opted to take a voucher against the product.
The device was still under warranty.
It has been one month and 10 days.
I have raised multiple complaints and followed up with the service center mutliple times over calls, WhatsApp texts and in person.
I have reported the case on Twitter as well.
They have not given the voucher still.
