I had complaint about a faulty redmi note 8 to consumer helpline 2 years ago and they were in follow up too but it never got solved till date..had asked DOA letter too but was been not given and said even after the warranty is over will assist you by the redmi note 8 service centre senior engineer and now he has left the job too so no one is assisting me..Its really disapppointing of such false promise..CSM of pune and regional md too blocked me?? like a coward fearing this injustice done to me and many like me too.Now After 2 years of Troubles from company Mallikarjuna rao when saw compan’s reputation on stake so decided to refund me without taking phone but again after few days asked phone too so i asked them to pay my expenses on the battery too which got bulged they agreed but they made such agreement that i have to remove all posts which expose the truth and cand help other cheated customers so i denied to do this so they stopped my refund as I can’t be selfish and sell my humanity go against God and my karma for some money??.Rest god is great will do justice.Thanks?
