I am Athira from kerala, I applied for data entry jobs in Quikr.com

On 01/06/2021 Xcloan solution, Gujarat contacted me from ‘7515984558’ to sent my id proof, mailid & phone number. They also whatsapp me offering a formfilling job of 7 days contract with 16000/- salary and 5500 will be deducted from my first salary. They sent a email of licence agreement from ‘agreement@onlineformfilling.co.in’, & a mail from shivdave2531@gmail.com  sent the same job details as company name Fyon tech enterprise . As on the agreement, i don’t get any mail or whats app message about the  data for form filling. Then after 1 week , Mr.Piyush Mehra,legal department,xcloan solution, Ahmedabad,Gujarat sent a mail from ‘piyush.legal03@gmail.com’ to pay the pending amount otherwise take legal action.

Then i got another mail from ‘advocate.manoj@ahmedabadhighcourt.in’  associate advocate mr.Manoj, Gandinagar,Gujarat to pay a penalty amount of 5500/- googlepay/phonepay/paytm to ‘8982035124’.  The same message is sent from the whatsapp number ‘9817076933’  & a  FIR is registered against me with FIR NO: 11191046210527,’fir.gujarat.gov.in’ for not paying the penalty amount. So please take necessary action against this company.
