I am kajal Sharma and am yere to complain about a company XCloan SOLUTION . Actually they have submitted a work to me for which 7 days was the time period of completion . I completed my work , and then they said that i have not achieved 90% accuracy without even any mistakes, but 90% accuracy was necessary and mentioned in the agreement and as a penalty i have to pay 5500 rs. but then they asked for 7900 rs. . And as i am willing to do oversea study thus i was afraid of court cases so i had paid them . After that they asked for other 16400 rs. Because of a agreement of 11 months about which i was not even aware before but to get ride of it i pay all the amount. Even then they asked me for 23500 rs for digital signature other wise i have to go to gujrat but due to lockdown i didn’t have any other options rather than paying thus i make that payment too to get the noc. But now to said for another rs. 18000 . And now i regret over my mistake as i realised that they are fraud.
- I have all the screen shot about everything if needed i will provide them too . Please take some action as soon as possible.
