Order no 1611288 of 6 custom printed aprons, placed on 20 august, 2022. Sent for printing on 21 aug, 2022. Which I needed for a cooking event on 1sep, 22. I finally mailed and asked for cancellation and refund on 5th Sep. they said the order is being printed and will be shipped within 24 hrs. No updates after. I contacted again on 10 Sep, demanding cancellation. They said the order is printed and will ship within 24 hrs. And if I cancel, money will not be refunded. Today is 14th Sep, order still shows in printing. Pls advise what action I can take against this fraud company.
