Dear sir,/ma’am,

I have booked air ticket frim Rajkot to Mumbai on 21-march-2021 with www.trabolook.in with ref no. REF8546O28094 with amount Rs. 7302 . And it was cancelled on same day evening stating that it was cancelled due to change in airfare. I called customer care for same and mailed also for issue. They are telling that they will refund amount by 10-15 days but still it is not recived. I send mails for reminder for same but not any reply of any reminder mail.
