I booked my ticket on December 8 which was cancelled. I got email from travolook that my money will be refunded. but it has been more than 3 months and have not received refund yet.
I have made more than 15 calls and email and every time I get answer that your amount will be refunded in 5 working days. Those 5 working days have never been finished in past 3 months.
Please investigate.
