I signed up for Jio AirFiber with the expectation of seamless streaming. Discovery Plus was part of my plan, and as someone who loves documentaries, I was excited to dive in.
But the excitement didn’t last long. Every time I tried to access Discovery Plus, a message popped up: “Upgrade your plan to enjoy this service.” Confused, I reached out to customer support.
The first time, they assured me it was a minor issue. “We’ll look into it,” they promised.
The second time, they told me it was being resolved. “Give us some time,” they said.
The third time? Nothing.
Days turned into weeks, and yet the problem remained. Despite multiple requests, I kept hitting the same frustrating roadblock. It wasn’t just about Discovery Plus anymore—it was about whether Jio AirFiber valued its customers enough to fix an issue they had repeatedly ignored.
I decided I couldn’t stay silent anymore. I drafted an email, firm but professional, demanding a proper resolution. I made it clear that if this wasn’t resolved soon, I’d reconsider my subscription. But No proper response was given by them to me.
