I am waiting for the reply by airtel i am a Airtel Broadband customer and when i try to change my plan i saw always an error “ plan change currently not available “ previous order is pending “ im getting this error from 20th September and today is 20th November i called customer care 50+ times mailed them 30+ times but stil they not fixed my problem, now also they not replying me not giving any response me , i call them daily they daily promise me that they fix the problem error in next 4 hours/ 24 hours/ 48 hours they dail promise me this from past two months .
