I had purchased the product from your platform on 31 December order id – od326932609679174100 ( Pawfect 30 Inch Double Door Pet Cage with Removable Plastic Tray ) Which I have received Damgarh product, for which I have initiate the returned request on 4 Jan. I have communicated but till now my product has not been picked up,Every day after initiate return request, I receive a pickup request message morning and a pickup request canceled message every evening with my intimation. Very rude behavior by the delivery boy. It is said that your product size is very big, I cannot take it with this scooty. I will came tomorrow again.And after that the pickup canceled message comes, I have not received any resolution even after talking to customer care many times.
