On 6th June’20 I made a payment for Airtel Xfiber Broadband service via net banking through the Airtel Application Upon submitting my KYC,by a executive from Airtel.
He assured me that the connection will be done by evening of 6th June’20.
But after 2hrs of the payment, I received a call from a person who introduced her as representative of the technical team, and informed me that no connection is possible at my address. When I replied that i had already made my payment then she asked me why i made my payment. I replied that the person came to take the payment and KYC details said that it is standard procedure to take payment first and then provide connection. So I made the payment.
Now I asked then what will be my process of payment refund. They said that it will be refunded after 5 to 7 days.
Till date there is no information of refund nor any cancellation information.
