Requested sir,
I am informing to you that i have JIO Number, i wrongly rechargedĀ on other mobile number recharge of Rs 399/-though online mobile application. I also told to JIO customer care but they are not refund the amt. I have loss my money of rs 399/- and this is my mistake and also that types of mistake havingĀ by some other people. And they are also loss the money and company have no refund rules.
so please take same action again this types of policy to make the refund.
